Question about 2005 Pontiac G6
My FOB for my ponitiac g6 quit working. i replaced the battery and it is still not working. Could it be a fuse or do I have to take it to a dealer to fix?
Either the FOB is bad or you need to program the FOB. Sometimes it will have in your owners manual how to program the FOB. You can purchase a FOB from ebay or a dealer. Usually if you purchase from Ebay, the person will tell you how to program the FOB but a dealer will charge about $100 for the FOB and $45-$75 to program it and don't forget even though they know what it is they still charge a diagnostics fee of $65+
