I have 1997 rav 4 and i can not locate The power window fues. Where can I find it?

Hi there
The window fuse on your car is number 12 and its in the fuse box
by the drivers door [not under the bonnet] as this fuse also works thegauges/door light/and door open/etc so if the other things work then its not the fuse but switch or another problem.
So then take it to the Toyota people and they will find fault and fix it for you.
But dont short out any wires aother wise you might cause big problems.

1997 toyota rav 4 driver side door will not open

Well, it's hard to tell what happened, because you did not give much information. Do you have a power door lock, or just a mechanical?
Anyway, remove the panel and see what's the problem

Toyota rav 4 central locking doesnt work. where is the fuse for it plse

it is the gauge fuse and it is located on the d-side lower dash panel under steering wheel. it should have a little panel access door that will pull off to see the fuse block or you might have to take the lower panel off the cover or owners manual should show you which one is the gauge fuse. if i can help in any way give more info and when this occured.this is what controls the locking diff power by the wiring diagram and make sure the fuse has 12volts on it.....good luck and let me know if i was any help to you..........

Location of fuse box in Rav 4 1997

Yes there is also a fuse box under the hood. The schematic for fuses should be in the fuse box cover.

The back door on my 2003 rav 4 doesn't lock with the remote but does lock with the key. It opens with the remote ok. Is this a minor or major electrical problem?

You need the rear door lock actuator assembly;
part number 69110-42100. The cost of this part is $244.04, plus instalation. It will take about 1 hour to change it.
