It's been a while since you posted, so I hope you resolved the search. facing the engine, it's to your Left. Black box with a ribbed pipe coming out if it. You'll be looking at the lid/top. Several clasps hold the lid on. Best filter seems to be a K

Sounds like it's overheating although no idea of the cause. There may be an air duct for cooling it which is blocked/not getting airflow. Try SaabScene or one of the other Saab forums - someone there will probably be able to help you :)

You need to clear all the OBD 2 codes from the computer.
Has to be cleared with a OBD2 code reader

TCS light on, ABS light on, brake light on, spedometer and odometer not working on my 2001 Saab 9-3 convertible, someone tell me which sensor is not working. Hate to take it to Saab dealer, all are crooks....

Well, it could mean that the emergency brake has not been fully released.The ABS system light is on if something has occurred within the ABS system. Something faulty may have happened there, get it checked out!

Need to know how to spray starter fliud in my 9-3 saab

Best place is always in the air box. That is where the airfilter is. Squirt one spray while someone turns the motor over. Don't spray too many times if it doesn't fire up.

My AC clutch went and I would like to by pass the AC

Maybe you can get a cheaper unit on eBay?
Or find someone to recondition the one you have.

I did this ebay search and the prices were from about $250 to $500+ (AU)

Are you thinking about rigging it up so you don't have air conditioning any more?

Locating a saab mechanic in or near Hemet, CA

Brakes are a user wear and can be replaced at most mechanic shops. Saab cannot by law I believe make repairing parts exclusive only too Saab Dealerships. Because what if Saab went out of business? Then you would have a car that is worthless. The government is trying to look out for us after-all!. I would suggest to find a local mom and pop shop that wont charge an arm and a leg and that would possibly give discounts after returning...
