There is a failure of the sequential switcher module. You need to locate the device near to the relay unit/ main fuse box. since you have not indicated the make/model of the vehicle, check for the unit inside of the bonnet or unside of the dash board. Switch on and slightly tap it on to see if the relay gets going. If not remove from holder and replace with the same type. Hope you get this right. Good day
