Starter Cutoff Relay

The Starter Cutoff Relay is located:
Front seating area, driver side, under dash, mounted in fuse block.
The valve is usually behind the glove box in the HVAC housing. You may need a book to take it out. You did check to make sure the system is full of freon, right ??
first locate the automatic transmission... there should be a black or silver pan directly on the bottom of the transmission. should be fairly easy to get to... loosen all the bolts that are holding the pan on. be careful fluid will drain out as soon as you crack those open so either drain it first or loosen one side of the pan and let it hang down a little bit and drain that way...
