My 2001subaru forester won't start I changed the bat. and nothing no headlights no radio but the emergency flashers work and the door chime.

If jump starting one hooks up backwards, even just a moment, it is possible to blow a fuse or fusible link, and on some cars even damage the ECU or other components. Check all fuses, then fusible links. Good luck.

When i turn the signal lights for left or right turn the emergency flasher start flashing all four turn signal lights. the emergency flashers work ok

ck your turn signal switch wiring connector because it is more than likely has been hot and melted some connections.

Starting problem

Sounds like the anti-theft system was energized when you connected the battery. The system would need to be disabled to allow the engine to start.
Depending on the make model and year, you may be able to lock and then unlock the drivers door with the key to disable the system.
Check your owners manual for details.

1995 GMC Jimmy brake lights not working

Brake lights run through the hazzard switch. There are known problems with this, and the multifunction switch. You may need to buy a new hazzard switch and OR the multifunction switch. Before you do that, check the pigtail that goes into the brake switch up by the fender, make sure it's not shorting out up there. Happened to me!

Intermitent car starting problem with my 200 Saab

Hello
Could be nothing more then dirt and corrosion on the battery cable ends.

Look at the cable ends where they connect to the battery if there dirty or corroded you will need to clean them off with a wire brush.

Another possibility is the starter has a dead spot and will need to be replaced.

REAR BRAKE LIGHTS DONT WORK

This could be several things. First check the fuse in the fuse box. Look at the legend on the box cover or labels on the panel itself. Extract and examine the fuse for indications of it being burnt. If it is change it out with a fuse of the same amp. If the condition persist and you keep burning fuses than you may have a short somewhere.
The other thing that can be wrong is a disconnected wire or poor ground to the tail lights. Check the back of the tail lights in the trunk for the wires being properly secured.

Blinkers stopped working

Your F--150 has 2 flashers, emergency and turn signal. Both are mounted on the fuse block under the dash. The turn signal flasher is mounted on the front of the fuse panel, the emergency flasher is mounted on the rear of the fuse panel. so replace the turn signal flasher should solve the problem. Let me know how it goes.
