I am having trouble with clarification vs solution. I have your solution if you give me clarification. Are you saying that your Toyota has acceleration problems when cold and will not run at all when hot?

Get back to me and I will have your solution.

My toyota tazz 1300, 1999. wont start in the morning unless i give it a bit of accelerator but during the day it starts perfectly. Another problem it gives me, the engine is over heating very fast eve

Cold starting used to need a control on the car called a choke. Modern cars have a modern equivalent. It could be that when the engine is cold from being unused overnight it has a build up on the injectors and the extra push of fuel from the accelerator is helping overcome this issue.
At any auto store or garage, you can find fuel additives to clean the injectors and fuel system, in the UK we have Redex that does the job.
Find something similar, run it through your fuel and you should find the issue is better.

?acceleration sluggish when cold?

any codes like air temp sensor, MAP or o2 sensors. A local auto parts place should be able to read the live data stream for you at no cost. Could just need an intake clean. I have seen a bad coil here and there(when wet). Great car.

Mitsubishi Triton V6 lacks power on acceleration

full power is only achieved when the engine is fully warm(operating temp).so if you accelerate more than, say, a third of the gas pedal, the car will feel sluggish.
this is more apparent when first starting the car in the morning in winter.almost like the car is going to stall.
most wear in the engine is leaving it to idle when cold you should always drive the car straight away from cold.then when hot turn on the a/c if required....

AC/heater vent only blow out hot air

that switch controls a vacuum operated door that lets a/c or heat thru.when accelerating, the vacuum in the engine changes so it sound like a vacuum issue.take apart the center stack and there is a vacuum actuator in there connected to the flap door .i have seen those have issues with the metal tab broken away from the plastic that moves the a/c piping cold under the hood where it goes into the heater a/c assembly?the compressor should be cycling on and off and the pressure tested.
