You can bring your title to your local GM dealer, and they can make you a key from your VIN number. it is slightly more expensive then a regular key, i believe around the $40 area - not the insanely expensive generation of key.

If you go to a Nissan dealership, you can have your key reprogrammed. When they reprogram your key, it will render the lost key useless since it was not present while programming.

My keys lost their programms


Unlikely both keys have lost the programming.

Remove the car battery and give it a full charge, leave side light switch "on" while battery is removed to provide discharge path for the engine management system. Refit battery and try again.

the dealer can make one with the vin # but if it has chip in the key ( pass lock) then you will have to have it towed to the dealer.good luck.

Lost keys ,,just got spare which is not chiped ,starts engine ,but the stops ,,,,,CANi bye pass this ,and just use tha non chiped key. .oh ,its a voleswagon golf 96 tdi


sorry but there is no way around the chip. You have to go to the dealer and get a new transponder programmed to match the car.
