Question about 1997 Buick Century
High my name is Tom and I can help.
This is a fairly simple task, especially if you have power windows. The problem with much older cars was getting the window crank out.
With power windows, simply remove the carpet coated side panel and you will see the window off track. Put the window on track and try it a dozen times or until you are certain it is a fix. If not, I have a few more tricks up my sleeve. If you have conventional "cranking" Windows you will need a special handle tool you can purchase at any parts store. Milk the clerk with any questions or better still, email me back and I will walk you through this simple task. I have gotten handles off way before they made tools for the task.
