Should be an access hole, if there's a plastic cover underneath, to get to it. It should be between the front of the car and the transmission.

Also, beware you don't also have a differential fluid plug, if it's an Automatic.

Where is the drain plug on a 2003 chevy blazer

The oil drain plug is located on the bottom of the oil pan.
The radiator drain is on the bottom passangers side of the radiator.
The transmission drain plug is in the trans oil pan , or you may have to drain by releasing the tension on the pan bolts... in which case you will likely need to replace the transmission pan gasket to reseal it.

Where is the oil pan drain plug on a 2002 chevy blazer zr2 4.3 liter?

If there is any bolt head at the bottom of oil pan, that would be the one. I had a 1995 Astro with a 4.3 and the plug was at the front. Generally the plug will be at front or rear of pan and on the side.

Warning light

i had a 1996 s-10 Blazer that did that when the alternator went overcharged the battery and boiled all the water out of it... i tried to make it home which turned out to be a big mistake.... battery then lost charge 5 miles from home... had to get a jumpstart.... 1 week later my transmission went out... it shifted electronically and with no battery power it didnt know which gear to use so it burnt itself up.... I kinda think the alternator warranty should have payed for the transmission

2002 chevy blazer fuel consumption

Usually when it comes to bad gas mileage, an air filter change, fresh oil and filter, fuel filter and making sure you have no vacuum leaks....

Also, believe it or not, improper tire pressure will affect your gas mileage.

New spark plugs and wires are a "nicety" but if there is not damage to them, then they will be fine.
