Question about 1993 Jeep Wrangler

1 Answer

I have a 1993 Jeep Wrangler. The turn signals will not go on. When the turn signal is engaged, the trun signal either freezes on, or does not work. The Hazards DO work, and I have replaced all the bulbs, and the fuse is okay too. Any suggestions?

You will have to remove steering wheel, and lock plate, then remove the turn signal cam,and then there is a screw holding the lever to the turn signal switch.

My 2001 jeep wrangler turn signal not working. They will work if i manually hold the turn signal. Is this a fuse?

no, there's a cam in the turn signal switch which keep the signal work until you turn the wheel to cancel, evidently that cam is broken.

I have a 99 Jeep Wrangler and the turn signals, wipers, and radio work when i turn the switch back to AC. But when i actually start my car none of the three work. No idea what it could be?

Very likely the ignition switch is bad. both run and accessory terminals should be engaged in the run position. Sounds like that's not happening.

Jeep - right turnsignal won't flash

Probably a bad ground on your front right signal, or a bad bulb. Try switching the right with the left, and see if the problem stays in the same place, or goes with the bulb.

Left rear turn signal and brake light dont work

You have a broken wire to the turn/brake light portion of the light as they use the same wire. Or where the plug goes into the light assy could be bad. Torsion mount lights are horrible and you should think about replacing with a universal light that you can wire direct.

1998 jeep wrangler sahara brake, tail and turn signal wont work

Did you go off road in the mud or woods? If so the connecting plug where all the connect probably has gotten disconnected.I think it is near or between the fuel tank and rear bumper.
