Question about 2000 Lincoln Continental
I just took my car, a 2000 lincoln continental, in because the check engine line was on. They found that the hose to the air filter was off and that was causing the problem. They were going to reset the light and didn't. Is there some way I can do this?
Sometimes by disconnecting the battery will reset the light. After driving 100-500 miles the light will sometime reset after it cycle's which is the mileage it takes for the computer to recognize the problem no longer exist.
