Accent 2000 runs well then stalls once hot and will not start till cooled off

Check your coolant level and overflow bottle for proper fill. Or try running it With radiator cap loose to see if it still stalls. If it still stalls and coolant levels are good you need to check temp sensor. May be more than One. If you did install a new one, it may have been faulty or damaged. If all that fails then try an idle positioning sensor. The spring may be worn.

Car starts and runs fine then after 30 min or so runs rough

Check the primary and secondary resistance on your coil and resistance and gap on your spark plugs. Sounds like you have a high temp foul out.

Runs bad in hot days, good in cold days. 89 benz

It could possibly be your temperature sensor. I had a Buick with the same problem. In winter, it ran fine. When the weather warmed up, the car would sputter and die. A defective temp. sensor will cause your car's ECM to mis-read the coolant's temp. So it will adjust your fuel input as if the outside temp. was -30,causing an over-rich fuel mixture.

When it is cold car starts well if you let run for about 10 min.

I WOULD HAVE A TECH RUN A SCAN OF YOUR ENGINE COMPUTER TO SEE IF IT HAS ANY FAULT CODES STORED IN IT.
Sounds like the cold enrichment strategy in the computer is not working. Just a guess.
