Question about 2000 Dodge Caravan
I had the same problem last year with the same model, what you need to change is the blower motor resistor/power module. this is located under the hood on the passenger side right on the core housing. i used a flat screwdriver to pull it out. you will get a better idea of the part to change when you get a new one. inspect the old one and for sure you will see that the wire type connection inside is burnt and or corroded.
