In the heads. You can get the front ones through the wheel well and the rear ones from inside after you remove the doghouse or from underneath.

1995 gmc safari, wont star what could be the problem

There is a good possibility the fuel pump is bad, or you have a spark issue, such as a cap, and rotor, or a coil, or coil wire. The fuel pump should put out 55 psi, and run when cranking. Good luck...

How do i check for spark?

you need two people. first, disconnect all the spark plug wires, then remove one of plugs and hook the wire back up to it. holding the plug so that the side that is normally in the cylinder is touching the engine block, have a second person crank the engine a couple of times and watch the gap to check for spark. Spark plug issues on GMC Safari early 90's.

The simple fix would be to get a ratchet and spark plug socket and tighten them. First remove the plug wire from the plug and then use the socket to tighten them one at a time so you do not get the wires mixed up as to which one goes to which spark plug. Tighten them slowly to avoid breaking one of them but do not over tighten them either.
