Question about 1999 Toyota Corolla
Test you connections first. the ones to the swtches. check with voltmeter to see if power gets there, it should if the relay/fuse is good. then connect 2 points together with a bypass wire and see if it does anything. try them all. if nothing happens, the motor will have to be tested, if the windows /lock go up or down, the switch is defective. replace whatever is defective and re-install everything in the order and the way you took them out. enjoy !
