HI, It sounds like you have an intermitent ABS fault and wile you are driveing the light go's off and when you hit your brake's you hear and feel a rough scraping niose. If so it's from when the ABS resets. 2004 acura tl 6speed standard. VSA light/triangle light/parking brake light come on.

your vsa is vehicle stability assist that works with the abs system, verify brake calipers for proper functioning, sounds like breaks stick and cant return efficiently after breaking, vsa is a traction control light, if both lights remain on without flashing, those systems are disabled due to a problem, scan vehicle for possible abs sensor malfunction

VSA,ABS,Brake,and triangle w/exclamation constantly on

Vsa,abs, and brake all work off of the same sensor. You have a problem with one of the following system. Vsa vehicle stability assist, abs anti lock brakes, or the brakes themselves. My guess is either the abs or vsa

2007 si. When I'm driving, why do ABS, check engine, VSA etc. I/P lights turn on?

Can't say for sure.
But the ABS are your Anti-lock braking system , get them fixed now you can lose control of the car if you have to stop short.
The mechanic will tell you about the other lights, they may all be related to the brakes.

While driving slowly downhill in the snow I started to stop and my abs, trac, and service lights came on. They were off the next time I started my car but come on after driving a few miles every time I use...

You may have ice build-up in the brakes casusing the ABS to engage- [ the traction and service light will both come on with the ABS. Check to see if you have ice.

The yellow triangle with an exclamation point is lit up - what does this mean?

The Vehicle Stability Assist system is turned off. Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA) is an electronic stability control system that works in conjunction with the Pilot's drive-by-wire throttle and its 4-channel ABS systems to enhance controllability while the vehicle is accelerating, braking, cornering or when the driver makes a sudden maneuver. VSA functions by applying brake force to one or more wheels independently while also managing the throttle, ignition and fuel systems to help the vehicle maintain the driver's intended path of travel.

You need to find the VSA button on the dash and push it, this will activat the VSA and turn off the yellow light.
