I don't believe there is a kit to do so. The only way I'm aware of is to order the replacement high and low pressure hoses for a similar van that does not have rear a/c and replace the existing hoses with them. The lines that run to the rear were vulnerable to corrosion and leaks which makes it even harder to try and cap them off. A good a/c shop or dealership should be able to help you out with figuring out which hoses you would need.

Rear ac in 2006 dodge caravan leaking

This is a common problem with that year. It is the connection at the rear evaporator. The problem is, the connectors are exposed behind the rear passenger side where salt gets in and eats away at it. Some say it's a bad design. You will need to replace the whole evaporator with the connectors. It is expensive, around $400-$600with labor. Some mechanics are able to disconnect the rear completely for half the price but you will have to relie on the front A/C to cool the whole car.

2005 dodge caravan leaking on the driver side and passenger side floor. the rain water is dropping from corner of the roof.

The rear ac evaporator box is not draining very well, and it is blowing the condensation up threw the vents, most likely. The drain should be under the rear passengers side wheel well.

Best place to start is by calling Chrysler owner relations with your vin#. Number to call should be in your owners manual. Sometimes the dealer will fluff you off, but if owner relations says they'll help, then you have a leg up on the dealer.

A/c leaks into rear floor boards on passenger side 2006 dodge stratus

My car had the same problem. I had to take it to the dealer. It was a hose from the ac draining in to the rear passenger seat. They had to install an adaptor kit.

Chrysler has recently extended the warranty for this problem to 7 years/70,000 miles. They will also pay for repairs you have already had on this rear evaporator. Contact your dealer or call 800-992-1997.
