Jack up wheel which is thought to be faulty. Have hands at 9 and 3 oclock and wiggle. Do the same with hands at 6 and 12 o clock. Shouldnt be any free play there.

If i replace twice the right wheel bearing and still damage the wheel bearing

if the bearing is new and the shaft is not damaged, and its fitted correctly,i cannot see why it is been damaged,so,make sure its the right bearing,, check the shaft the bearing fits on to, for damage and wear ,if all ok put plenty of grease on the bearing then re assemble the wheel, make sure the nut holding the bearing is not overtightened, and fit a new split pin.,also make sure the wheel is not damaged, now to be a 100% on the safe side have the steering checked over and the wheels ballenced, then you should be ok...hope that helps, have a good day....

I have a focus st3 2006 up to 30 mph i det a droning noise like a worn wheel bearing had the car checked out and wheel bearings seem ok could it be a dry bearing?

No, its your axle drive or cv booth are the problem. Check your cv rubber booth if rip, check both side wheel. Rubber booth is a sealed rubber covering the cv joint of your wheel. Sometimes you feel and you will hear that noise, only when you make a turn. Replace your both front wheel drive axle, ok

Wheel bearing noise coming from the front wheels

Pull wheel bearing from hub and check them after cleaning for pitting. Check each bearing roller a full 360 degrees for missing surface area and races as well. A race is what the bearing rides in and is pressed into the rotor/hub. They can be checked
without removing the race just clean the grease
and inspect for missing surface area cracking or
pitting. always put adequate amount of wheel bearing grease back and properly hand pack those bearings.

Have 2002 ford explorer, right rear wheel feels loose. checked lugs, all tight, pulled wheel and rotor is wobbly, losse. what's the cause?

You need a wheel bearing....don't drive it. Tow it to a dealer.! Ford wheel bearings are cheaper than aftermarket.
250-300 dollar fix.

Hear a grinding noise from the right front wheel when I make left turn (mostly). Noise has now progressed to anytime the wheel is in motion. Also hear squeeking sound (ball bearing possibly?). I've changed...

You should definitely pull the front wheel and check the bearings (they are roller bearings, not ball bearings). With the wheel off, you should be able to isolate where the noise is coming from, but I vote for the bearings. Check, replace and/or repack, and adjust properly. If you have noise, you should be able to feel the "play" in the bearings, or see the wear problem on the spindle and bearings. I hope this helps you.

I Think I have a front wheel bearing problem

Check wheel bering for play if there is no play , it doesn't mean that bearing is NOT bad its can still be dry and would be making that grinding sound you described Also check axle and see if boot is broken. That may be your problem also make sure that rotors are not gouged/scraped up and pads are good.Contact if you need more help and thanks for using FIX YA

Wheel bearing replacement left front wheel Hello Everyone, I may need to replace the wheel bearing on my right front wheel of my Corolla wagon. How can I know for sure? And how can I find out how to do...

Diagnosing the bearings can be tricky depending on severity of wear. Typically - drone noise at highway speeds, squeeling, clicking or grinding noises at low speeds that reduce during braking, or pull off the wheel and brake assembly and check the bearing for slack or smoothness of rotation by hand. While doing this, check the brake assembly thoroughly - generally a more likely culprit of wheel noise.

Wheel bearing replacement is not for the novice backyard mech. - you will need pullers, press, etc. If you can get a rebuilt assembly - much easier.
