These are dual element bulbs, the bulbs could be out,or the circuit board might be the problem. If you have a test light check the circuit ,but it is most likely the bulbs, they can go out at the same time.

Check the fuse for the tail lights/parking lights, test the fuse with a test light to see if there is voltage to the fuse,if there is not, then the headlight switch is bad.

Does your license plate light illuminate as well as the front parking lights and headlights when the you turn the headlight switch to "on"? What gauge came on the dash? Is it a light and what does it look like? Have you replaced the rear bulbs?

I would suggest replacing the parking lamp bulbs and see if they all work. Have you replaced the bulbs?

Check the brake switch, generally this is located in the brake pedal; also keep in midn check the fuses (underhood), for this and other details about description and location can check the Owners Manual (page 410 and next).

Tell us news.

You've probably got an intermittent short in that circuit somewhere.
Could be as simple a small hole worn in the insulation somewhere.

I suggest reviewed the wiring diagrams for these
circuits. As it turns out, none of the components you have listed above
share power or ground circuits, they use about 5 ground circuits, but
are not used in conjunction with each other. You said you have checked
all the fuse and they are ok, so power is not an issue. So we can rule
that out as a cause. This leaves me to beleive that there may be a
computer malfunction in one of the modules, or a data link error. I
recommended taking the Buick to a dealer and have the computer checked
for body codes, or "B" codes and check for "U" codes.

    There may be some
codes set in the computer that will help with diagnosis, even though
there may not be a warning lamp on. If a code is retrievd from the
computer, this should point to the fault.

Check this wiring diagram about Rear Parking Assist (RPA) and Module Power and Ground(c) (2002)...

Does anyone know how I my e break runs on a 2002 Buick Rendezvous awd and how I can unfreeze it

Your e brake is cable operated to the rear wheels. The brakes need a service. When this is being done get the tech to pay particular attention to the parking brake and all should be well.

All of the items you mentioned above are powered and grounded through the pass through grommet located at the top of the rear door. There is a good probability that the harness is damaged inside the passthrough grommet.
When the rear hatch is opened and closed numerous times, the wire is flexed back and forth until the wire breaks. Take the grommet apart and inspect the black ground wire and see if it is broken. If not, the main connector is just under the headliner at the back near the grommeted passthrough.
Good luck.

2002 Buick Rendezvous Service traction system and ABS lights, grinding when turning ans braking

The ABS and Service Traction system may be due to bad sensors or signal reaching the ABS/Traction Control computer. The grinding may be due to uneven or unsmooth rotors, and/or worn out pads or shoes.

I would recommend that the entire braking system be diagnosed at your local dealer or brake service facility.
