2010 Kia Forte boggs down and dies when going slow

it appears you have electronic throttle control. any applicable trouble codes, relating to that system? clean the throttle bore and around throttle plate, don't force the throttle plate. your idle air is electronically controlled.

Hello I have a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 5.3...I am stumped when I am driving my truck all of a sudden it starts stumbling and chugging. Trying everything with no success. 300$ later still dies out.

Deffenitly get a diagnostic done first. Usually those symptoms indicate a bad ignition coil or a malfunctioning IAC idle air control valve but honestly, that could be a million things. Trouble codes can point right to the problem. Never just throw parts at a problem.

as the OSS reports shaft speeds to the TCM so that he correct ratio can be selected, I would be having it tested / replaced

Engine dies when stopping or turning slow. Intermediate chugging

Try pulling I A C (idle air control) motor & cleaning it good with throttle body cleaner , as well as port it came out of . These quite often get gummed up at pintle of motor (pointed part) and shaft, which cause it to stall etc on corners, under load etc. It maintains proper idle under these conditions. If it cures it only for a while & starts to do the same again, change the IAC motor. They never, or very rarely store a code, so it isn't something that comes to mind very often unless experienced with symptoms.

My 02 3.8 windstar starts chugging down at redlights. i have changed the idle air control, the plenum gasket, and the egr valve

Chugging down? Do you mean your engine is almost stalling? Sounds like your fuel filter is clogging up. Change it before your fuel pump dies. A Fuel Filter's like $10 - $15.
