Isuzu rodeo wont start after timing tensioner broke 3.2 replaced belt and tensioner cant get timing right

Did you make sure that the gears where still in time ? When the belt tension-er broke it let the engine get out of time. What I mean by that is that there are marks on each gear refer to a manual to see if they need to be together are one at top and one at bottom. One of the gears is the crank and the other is the cam gear.

Running 70+ car studdered then lost power cranks, has spark, has gas wtf?

Check the timing belt, if it's broke the car won't start.
It's a non-interference engine, so just replace the belt if needed, the engine is otherwise undamaged. While you are at it, replace the water pump and timing belt pulleys, not much extra labor for stuff that's going to have to be replaced one of these days anyway.

Non interference

You say that you checked the timing marks (Camshaft vs. crankshaft) for proper alignment, but it's possible that the camshaft and crankshaft are out of sequence since the crankshaft turns two 360-degree rotations for every one of the camshaft. It's possible that the crankshaft needs to be rotated another 360 degrees and lined up with the timing mark on the camshaft (remove the timing belt in order to do this). Good luck.

Timing belt Broke are valves worped?

Hello momma_green: My name is Roger and I will help you. The 2005 Chevy Aveo 1.6 engine is a interference motor. That means if the timing belt breaks. The valves will be bent. I have one in my shop now that the belt broke on it. Bent all 16 valves and damaged all 4 pistons. This is not a forgiving motor. I wish I could tell you good news but I cant. Should you need further help please just ask. Please rate the answer you received. Thank You for using Fix Ya. Roger

Absolutely the problem. Timing belts should be changed every 60,000 miles or 6 years.

Have your Crankshaft position sensor checked. Or possibly the fuel pump
