Both codes point to the oxygen sensor on bank 2 sensor 1 ..
that would explain the rough running also .. the engine will default to a rich condition ...

p0154 indicates no activity on bank 2 sensor 1 oxygen sensor
p01153 is showing "low switching" for bank 2 sensor 1 oxygen sensor ...

there may be a wiring pigtail coming from the sensor. that plugs into another connector a few inches away .. check that connector for damage or corrosion .. if its ok then you likely need a new oxygen sensor ..

its not a good idea to continue driving with this condition since it will eventually damage the catilytic converter. that is probably getting very hot now with the extra load of fuel ..

P0154 - Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Circuit Insufficient Activity Bank 2 Sensor 1 P1153 - Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Insufficient Switching Bank 2 Sensor 1.
A good chance that particular sensor has failed this can affect the way it runs because of it wanting to change fuel trim.Would definitely replace this sensor and reset codes. This sensor will be the first O2 sensor on the driverside exhaust.

Trouble code p0154

code p0154 refers to heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) 1 bank 2 -- no activity detected===causes --wiring---HO2S---= ECM
it also refers to oxygen sensor (O2S) --no activity detected--===causes --- wiring---O2S sensor---ECM. May be you did not replace the sensors causing the fault.

Check engine light is on engine running rough, no power

need to get the code read by going to a retail auto place (advance auto, auto zone, pep boys) and they will do it for nothing but GET THE ACTUAL CODE (i.e. 'P0154) and come back on here so that you can get help.

The engin light is service soon part pv154

P0154 is an OBDII code for a 'lazy' O2 sensor, it is not switching fast enough for the ECU to adjust parameters when managing your engine-you probably are over 100,000 miles now, they get a coating on them that makes them react slower than expected-time to replace, they run about $50 and are pretty easy to change.

Code PO154, can I drive the car when gettin this code?

P0154 Oxygen Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 2 Sensor 1)

It's not operating like the PCM thinks it should, and so sets those two codes. It's likely a sensor or the associated wiring, connectors to the sensor. So get the 2,1 sensor looked at, or just replace it(It's a good bet it's the sensor, although not ruling out the harness).

Hope helps (remember rated and comment this).

I have a 2003 3.0 engine Honda Accord that is giving me trouble codes P2197 P0154 P2254, what do these mean? Thank you.

Here it goes.
P2197 - Front Air Fuel Sensor (O2 sensor) Bank 2 - Sensor 1 Signal stuck lean.

P0154 - Front Air Fuel Sensor (O2 Sensor) Bank 2 - Sensor 1 Heater System Malfunction.

P2254 - Front AIr Fuel Sensor (O2 Sensor) VS Line high voltage.

IF Trouble codes P0134 or P0154 are present diagnose them before code P2254.

The first thing I would do would be check the heater circuit. You will have ground, and 12V+ to the 02 sensor heater line on a cold start. This heats up the oxygen quicker and allows it to operate in the correct amount of time. 9/10 times if there is a heater circuit code it is the oxygen sensor. But 1/10 times it is a blown fuse. So checking the voltage at the sensor is a quick test for P0154.

I would backprobe the signal line when the vehicle is at a full operating temp with a graphing meter (if avail) or use a DVOM. You should see it switch between .1 volts to 1V. It should not continuously move up and down. This indicates the computer is in good fuel control.

Diaginosis the heater circuit first is best because code P2197 can be set from anything that can cause that motor to run lean. (Plugged fuel filter, low fuel pressure/volume, vacume leak).

Hope this gives you a solid path to go on & good luck.

Engine light won't turn off, replaced o2 sensors, same code p0154

unhook the battery for about 15 minutes and hook it back up... that should clear any codes and reset the light. if you have an anti-theft radio make sure you know the code for it and how to enter it.

I printed a list of error codes from cumminsforum.com and P0148 is a fuel delivery error, P0154 is not in the list.
Hope this helps.
