Yes,it is a door actuator motor, that is mounted on the blower box,it is most likely not working, the dash will have to be removed to replace it,If this was helpful,at all, please rate, thank you.

2001 chevy silverado, the blower fan does not work on 1,2,3 buts works on 4 and 5. Whats the problem ?

Sounds like the resister is bad, it regulates the blower speeds, most are located behind glove box door on top of heater box.

The fan/blower only works on the high setting.

It probably is the fan switch itself. They are around $30. for a new one. You can take it out and check to see if you have power to all the settings with a ohm meter or test light. They are not real hard to take out.

2005 Toyota Corolla air conditioner is cold but

The air flow does not 'increase' with the recirc button pressed. The fan motor blows at specific speeds, no matter whether fresh or recirc is selected. The recirc feature is there so that you do NOT admit 'fresh/hot' air from the outside into the AC box. In short, the recirc feature is to re-use, or, recirculate the existing air in the car. When it is properly working, on a hot day, the recirc selection should drop the internal temperature at the center air vent about 6 degrees lower than with the fresh selected.

Heater/ac switch speeds 1 and 2 don not work in 99 Silverado

you need a resister found under your air duct by the passenger floor under dash board auto zone sells these for about 25.00 you may as well buy cabin air filters while your at it . 1 of the screws will be a pain to install back into the duct work I left mine out didn,t make a difference . you might have to order it as they are a comman item oh you will need a vacuum to clean up mess from cabin air filters .this is not a hard job .

Blower fan only works on high

If it is working at all then the relay and fuse is good and the problem is either the little vacuum hose on the back of the control switch panel or the panel itself.

It is usually located inside the fan housing, under the passenger side dash.
