Ac fan is making extremely loud noises

Are you referring to the blower motor inside the car? If so, they get leaves in them which puts them out of balance and makes them noisy. Just take out the blower, 3 screws, and clean it. That's the cheap answer. It can be a bad blower motor.

Clicking noise coming dash fan blower

On some cars leaves or debris can get into the blower. It may be possible to get at this by opening the hood and checking at that location to clean it. If the fan motor is starting to go the clicking sound tends to be most obvious at slow fan speed, and over time gets worse.

Blower fan not working

The resistor bank is bad for slow speeds, the switch is bad for high speed. In your test, you have voltage, but the switch wont carry the amps, to run high speed. Open circuits will not blow fuses. Replace both switch and resistor bank for all speeds. Make sure to clean leaves and trash from fan housing and see if fan spins freely.

I have only high speed on my ac/heat switch. have replace acdelco blower motor resistor 2 times already. works for a while and quits. whatelse do I need to check etc?.

If you have replaced the blower motor resistor block twice all ready, i would be replacing the blower motor itself. When the blower motor is drawing too much current it burns out resistors for lower fan speeds in resistor block, but doesnt blow fuse for fan. Also check for leaves and stuff in fan when removing fan.

2005 dodge 3500 ram / noise from a/c on passenger side. Very loud when fan is on full blast - not much ac blowing out.

Sounds like you either have something stuck in the blower motor (leaves, pine needles, etc?) or the blower motor bearings are worn out.

Climate blower motor vibrates on Jaguar XJ8. Vibration is loudest at low driving speed and when the fan is set on high . Kind of like the fan blades hitting a playing card.

Sounds like plastic, leaves, or paper got sucked into the ducting, to the fan, on the blower. You'll need to access the blower motor, remove it, and remove the objects. Not sure, would be in your owners manual, but if you car has a clean-air cabin air filter. You may be able to remove the debris from there. Good Luck.

A/C Blower Motor Removal/ Reinstall

If you take a look above the front passenger foot well you will likely get a look at the blower motor. (there might be a hush panel covering it, this will need to be removed first) There will be 3-4 screws securing the motor and one two wire connection.

It is fairly common for debris and even small animals to find their way into the HVAC system of many cars, especially those that sit for extended periods.
