Where is the location of 02 sensor for bank 1 sensor 1 on a 2001 Pontiac Montana?

Bank 1 sensor 1 means the first oxygen sensor closest to the motor. The location is probably in the exhaust manifold, if not then follow the pipe from there and it's the first one you find. Hope this helps

Fluctuation engine temperature interior heat stops when engine temp goes up. engine makes clatter noise at times

Getting P0135 and P0301 also in this Montana. I'm guessing its the upstream O2. (bank 1, sensor 1)

Changed the thermostat, and the oil and antifreeze is clean and clear.

Any tips or tricks on how to tilt engine to change O2?

Error codes 131,139, just got back from dealer 1500.00 to fix. Wanted to know what errors were so I could repair myself

P0131 - O2 SENSOR CIRCUIT LOW VOLTAGE BANK 1 SENSOR 1
P0139 - O2 SENSOR CIRCUIT SLOW RESPONSE BANK 1 SENSOR 2

I'm guessing that you need a new catalytic converter. $1500 bones seems like a lot of moola to me, but then I've never done one on a minivan.
