Check position 26 in Passenger Fuse Box...




Take off the cover in right side, globe box, early passenger door.

We assuming that you are talking about Fuse Block Compartment (inside the car) and the Fuse 8 15AMP work for Fused Battery-Memory Circuits

Additional details could fin in the Jeep-ZJ-Secc-8W-Wiring-Diagrams; keep in mind that you have a nice SUV, I have the same but '93 Grand Cherokee Limited 5.2L V8.
