Check the ground connection from battery to engine block. Check all wiring and connection. The problem is likely an incorrect wiring. It would be great if you can tell us what fuse is blowing. That will be an indication of what the problem can be.Other info that we need is car year.
Other thing to do is a code scanning using an OBD tool, that may provide more info on the cause of the problem.
