Question about 1994 Hyundai Excel
First check if there is a reset button for the fuel pump. it will be red. either in the trunk or on the passenger side in the front. then, if problem not solved, bleed the line. find the bleeder on the line under the hood. open it and turn the key on a few times without starting until you see fuel coming out. close bleeder and start the engine.
