SOURCE: 1999 buick lasabre hesitation while driving.

there are really only 2 things that cause this problem most of the time i have seen it, 1st a defective Mass Airflow Sensor, the second is low fuel pressure from a failing pump or obstructed fuel filter do u have a check/service engine soon light on at any time? have u had the system tested for trouble code's? Go to any Kragen or Autozone and ask for a OBD 2 trouble code test, it is free, record any code's that show and post them back here on this same thread.

Suspect either the camshaft or crankshaft sensor is failing with engine heat. If you could get the check engine light to stay on, a scanner would likely reveal the problem. If you could hook up the scanner and drive with it on, it might reveal the problem at the moment of failure.

I HAVE A 1985 Buick LaSabre something is making my battery go dead

You need to check amp draw, with everything off, usually not even a tenth of an amp. If too much draw, pull/replace fuses one at a time, When you pull the fuse on the faulty circuit the excess drain goes away. Then you check everything on that circuit.

Make sure no lights left on anywhere, interior--under the hood--in the trunk, everywhere. Best time to check is in the dark.

Also, check your charging system. Sometimes a faulty alternator can let the battery drain back through the alternator, not to mention not charging.

1992 Buick LaSabre engine lite!

I would assume you never retrieved the codes
& googled them-- to find out the system with the
possible fault
We have had Check Lights for over 30 years,
nothing new there, just remember you have an
OBD1 System (1981 thru 1995) OBD2 (1996 thru 2014)
Put the codes you get into Google along with your vehicle
for the problems & solutions

About the only thing that would make all 6 cylinders flood out is the fuel pressure regulator or a computer problem. You say you have checked the regulator, so the next step would be to check the injectors for a short to ground.

How am i suppose to get to the fuse box under the rear seat

This is a 1996 Buick Le Sabre does not have a fuse box under the rear seat, unless this info is incorrect. the 1996 lasabre has one or two fuse boxes, all depending on the sub model, (custom ,limited).

The fuse boxes are located on the left side of the dash or right side of the end of dash, what fuses are you looking for?

The last fuse box which contains relays also is located in engine compartment on back firewall, behind covers.

You either have a bad sender, poor connection, or a bad guage. Replace the sender first.

The check engine light is coming on my 99 buick la sabre

Take it to a local auto parts store (Autozone, Murray's, Checkers, Napa) have them hook up a scan tool to get the diagnostic codes, write them down and post them here so we can further assist you. There are many reasons that can cause the check engine light to come on.

2004 Buick LaSabre engine service light is on and dealer and autozone says it is a loose gas cap but it is not loose. What do I do?

The cap might need a pressure check. Just because it stays on and tight doesn't mean it is functioning properly. It must meet EPA standards to function properly. Your cap is special part of your emission system and if it is not working properly you will need to replace it and have the light reset. If you owed a code reader it would tell you the same. Auto zone does do free code reading. The check engine light usually is not a big problem,but... I will leave it at that.
