I would check the front brake rotors to see if they are warped. Chances are that you normally press the brake pedal harder at 60 than you would at 30 and this would explain why it may not be noticeable at lower speeds.
Jack a wheel up and spin it slowly. You should be able to feel it drag through tge brake pads at some point during the rotation. Or use a screwdriver butted against the rotor as you turn it. You should have to move it in or out at some point to maintain contact. If they are warped the best bet is to replace them.
It could also be a wheel out of balance, a broken belt in a tire or atie rod end going bad but normally these would show up at other speeds. Hope this helps.

This sounds like you need new track rod ends, this would cause free play in the steering, also it could be the bottom suspension arms. the garage should have checked these though! if the wheel is vibrateing then it may need the wheels rebalanced. if it is that you steering will shake at 60mph

The problem is more than likely the result of your front rotors being warped. You should either have them checked for this condition. Also clean and lubricate the caliper slides which will enable the caliper to move freely upon application of the brakes. use only silicone based brake part lubricant. Any oil based lubricant will cause seals and rubber parts to fail. I would change the rotors and pads.

This happened to my Buick. The front tires had little facets worn on them, causing the trembles. Yours sounds even more severe. But for my car, I adjusted the toe in and rotated the front tires to the back. The steering wheel doesn't tremble any more. But there is a rumble in the seat. I can live with that. Bad shocks. Bad alignment. These cause the facets.

Per your description, I would take a look at your suspension components, tie-rod ends, steering rack mounts, ball joints and wheel bearings.
After the "wish bone" busings were replaced, was the car re-aligned? If the toe-in is not correct, it can cause the condition you describe.
Be very carful driving until you root cause the problem as you could easily loose control of the vehicle from a steering component failure.
