The heater/air conditioning fan does not seem to put out as much air as it should even on max setting.

This car has an automatic control as well as a manual setting for blower speed. At max speed setting it sounds like there should be one higher setting. Could tere be a failure in the speed control circuitry?

The air temperatue is o k but the amount of air from the vent is not very strong. After driving for a few miles it is comfortable. It would seem that there is not a full voltage on the high setting or perhaps this is what I'll have to expect?

IS THE AC/HEATER AIR BLOWER FAN SOUND LIKE IT IS GOING AT A HIGH SPEED OR SPINNING SLOW? CHECK ANOTHER CAR AND COMPARE THE NOISE.

SET THE AUTO TEMPERATURE CONTROL TO THE LOWEST SETTING WHICH IS USUALLY 60 OR 65 DEGREES F, THIS SHOULD PUT THE FAN ON HIGH

Check the filter, many times they get blocked with dust over time. This is applicable if you can hear that the electric blower is working normally.Hope this helps.

The air filters are clean - both the engine filter and the small filter just over the heater fan

Both aux fans remain on from cold startup. is it more likely the radiator temp switch than the fan relay?

fan relay more than likely, but I think think it would stay on all the time even with key off, could be wrong tho. sounds to me like you have your air condition on, or heater set to defrost as defrost basically runs the air conditioning compressor and cooling fans when defrost is on.

There is no hot air getting to my window screen but there is hot air blowing out and also when u put it on 4 it cuts off for sum reason and also where do u put water in the car

You seem to have a problem with the cable controlling the heater box, it has either jumped a setting or come loose. There also seems to be a problem with fan switch which does not seem to make contact in the '4' position. Check the cable routing and replace the fan switch. I assume you mean the water radiator water. There must be a plastic bottle which is connected to the radiator under the hood. It has a heavy thick plastic screw lid, this is the water fill point and should be filled to the MAX mark. It should not be opened when the engine is hot!

It sounds like you blend door is broken. It is about an 8 hour job to tear the dash apart and replace the actuators that control blending of hot and cold air under your dash.
