Question about 2003 Dodge Durango
Check all the fuses in the fuse box and relays located behind the fuse box next to the flasher unit. Also check all the fuses under the hood and in the fuse panel left side of dash. Swap out the relay on back of fuse panel left of steering column next to flasher.
Your vehicle does have a Central Timer Module (CTM). It is located behind the glove box on the right side. Remove the glove box door assembly, then remove a total of five screws. Then remove the CTM through the glove box door opening.
It is either the CTM or a bad ground connection. There are four ground locations to check for looseness and corrosion
