Front door, or sliding? There are several screws around the outer edge of the sliding door panel, then pry or pull the panel off, there are push type fasteners. Do this in a warm area, plastic may break when cold. The front door is a little more dificult, but doable if you have to. Let me know if this helps.

it is because the door has been slamed so much that it gets jamed coming back up so you can pop open both part of the door and losin the screws inside the door and it should come up again

You do not need a wiring diaghram to fix this problem, the wires are broken in the door jamb, they are all colour coded, also it could be the switch or window motor, since this door is used every time, this van is bad for wiring issue in doors jambs, remove door panel to help out in your repair, feed out the harness. GOOD LUCK, RDJRP
