If you have wisegrips pliers - pull for the end of the cable where the knob
Used to be.
Then you will need L shape little pick(tool) and a flashlight .
At the gas door look on the right side of the lid and look for
A latch which holds the door closed.try tu push the bottom part to the
Right, this should release the lid.

A lot of cars had a pull in the trunk or somewhere close to the filler door just for this purpose, look around or check the manual for the pull, It is usually bright yellow and marked fuel filler, check it out, hope this helps.
Open your trunk lid and on the left hand side (the side of the fuel filler cap) there should be a label that says manual fuel door open. The switch is white and close to the top right by the fuel filler cap on the inside of the trunk. You may have to pull back the carpeting a little to find it as it might be tucked behind. Give it a pull and the fuel door should open. Best of luck .
