You may have water in the gas tank. Try to use a fuel stabilizer with water remover. It will most likely try to die out until the gas tank is almost empty. But the fuel stabilizer should help the problem if it's not to bad.

My 1993 buick park ave stalls when stopped at red lights

When was last "healthy" tune up? Plugs, wires, ALL filters including FUEL filter? I'd start there, and run a good fuel system cleaner w/next tank full of fuel. In winter, with fluctuating temps, condensation (water) forms in fuel tank and spark plugs don't burn fuel/water efficiently causing stumbling and premature wear on your plugs.

TRUCK STARTS BUT THEN DIES

The only fuel filter is in the fuel/water heater/sperator. If it is dying, the glow plug circuit should be checked first. The glow plug light should illuminate for around 10 seconds. The next thing I would check would be the fuel pressure going to the fuel/water seperator. Let me know what you find and if you need diagrams let me know.

I have a 93 honda accord and while driving i can let off the gas and then try to accelerate but it is unresponsive for about 3 - 4 seconds. As long as i have accelerator pushed i have no problems....

The fuel filter is possibly the problem. You may need
complete tunup. Or you may have acquired some bad gas, If this is the case it must be removed and disposed of properly. Replace the fuel filter AGAIN.

1996 zj laredo 4.0, ran well all day 160 mi trip, went to work. after work it started up then ran rough and died, hard to restart then dies, allgauges work, no check engine light...?? just got towed home...

Sounds like while on your trek about, you may have bought fuel and it most likely had a large amount of water in the tank. I think you have water in you tank. How many miles do you have on this vehicle?Did your vehicle at any time on your trip get hot, in the red? One drop of water on a fuel filter will almost make it impermeable to its ability to pass fuel through it.There are many more unanswered questions that I have for you. mike micmor68@gmail.com
