The cabin air filter, which is part of the AC system, is normally accessed behind the glove compartmant door.

Open the glove compartment door and GENTLY press inward on the door supports to release them. You will see a white plastic cover. Remove it. The cabin air filter is there.

By way of clarification, the OEM cover to access the cabin air filters should be black (to one on my civic is different). There are two cabin air filters in the blower housing. remove the one directly under the cover, then use the tab on on the right one to slide it to the left for removal. Remove each filter from its carrier, install the new filters into the carriers. To replace each filter, just reverse the order you used to remove them.

002 hnda civc ex starves for fuel

First check the fuel flow and pressure. the flow is most likely the fault , can be caused by a partly blocked filter , a worn fuel pump ,or faulty relief valve on the fuel rail.

I believe that is a throttle position corellation differentail code for honda's.

The drive-by-wire systems of todays cars use two sensors on the pedal, as well as two on the trottle body itself.

In order to Diagnose this you will have to use either a scan tool to see the sensor readings, or use a DVOM to measure the sensore outputs.

One sensore will stay at low voltage while the other is high, as you press the accelorator dow they will increase/decrease untill they have switched readings (low is 0.4v high is 4.5v)

Many Hnda's have throttle cables still leading under the hood to the sensor assembly (kinda odd) so you might have to look around for them. The throttle sensor assembly on the 3.2 and 3.5l V6's is fairly commor to be bad in that year.

Can you tell the location of the oil filter and air filter

The Air filter (if this is a V6) Will be on the left side (looking at the engine infront of car). It's very difficult to get out. The oil filter (again V6) Will be under the car, should be pretty obvious.

If it's a 1.8, the air filter is still in the same place, the oil filter will be on the drivers side of the engine sort of midway down.

If you need more help, please post engine size..

An 05 may be 2.0L turbos and 2.5 non-turbos.. which are completely different.
