A rubber hose came out of crimed end that goes to condenser coil all freon escaped what do I do to fix and recharge

Best would be to replace hose unless you are very sure you are able to re-crimp end securely. Next, draw vacuum as you would for house HVAC, then charge system to correct fill specs. If you lost any oil when hose blew, might want to add a little of correct grade.

I have a constant power leak on my 2000 Lincoln LS v8 39L I've light tested both fuse boxes and I've came up with two fuses the AC Clutch and the PJB what should I do to fix these problems

If by 'power leak' you mean 'system draw', swap out the a/c clutch relay with another relay in the box (lights, horn) and see if your draw goes away. Ford had a problem with their relays staying on. Don't forget, high end Ford/Lincoln cars take 15 - 20 minutes to power down their systems.

Ac problem at idle after converting over to 134a from r12

to convert from r12 to r 134 a the entire system has to be changed
that is condensor, compressor, evaporator, hoses ,the lot because r134a runs at much higher pressures than r12 ( nearly 3 times higher in psi)
it needs different gauges and has different fill connections so that the gasses cannot be mixed
to make it worse the oil used in the compressor is different because of the different gas and is not compatible with the r12
there was nothing wrong with r12 gas but companies and customers were "hoodwinked" into believing that the r12 was bad for the atmosphere and r134a was the answer
just as you have been " hoodwinked" by the person into getting a gas change over without being fully informed of what was involved and why
with r134a gas there has to be a fan in front of the condenser that works immediately the ac is switched on as the temp of the gas being converted back to liquid is much higher because of the higher pressure need to convert it back from gas to liquid
without that fan the system starts to circulate gas and so the evaporation of the liquid at the evaporator in the car is lost and no heat from the car is transferred back outside
what it means is this --- if you can get r12 gas , change the compressor back to an r12 compressor, have the system completely flushed, vacuumed down for at least 1/2 hour and then refill with r12
If on the other hand you have to use r134a because that is the only compatible compressor available then the evaporator , hoses and condenser have to be changed as well and that means a new ac kit basically
find yourself an accredited ac specialist shops and get quotes

WHAT CAUSES THE TAIL LIGHTS AND DASHLIGHTS TO GO OUT ON 1983 TOYOTA TRUCK?

GOOD ADVISE--I ALSO LEARNED THAT THERE MAY BE FUSES IN UNDER THE HOOD ALSO. FOUND OUT TODAY THAT IF THE DOME LIGHT DON'T WORK THEN IT'S FUSE COULD BE BLOWN AND HINDER THE CIRCUIT TOO. I'M NOT GOOD ON VOLTAGE READING , BUT DO HAVE A TEST LIGHT. IF NO FIRE AT THE COMMON TAIL LIGT-DASH LIGHT FUSE , THEN THAT MIGHT NARROW IT DOWN. I HAD THE SAME TROUBLE IN MY 1990 FORD XLT LARIAT AND WAS BLOWING THE TAILLIGHT FUSE. IT WAS A SHORT IN THE EXTERNAL TRAILER KIT HARNESS WHICH CAUSED FUSES TO BLOW REGUARLY. WHERE IS RELAY FOR TAILIGHTS AND OTHER FUSES UNDER THE HOOD??

if its colored and smell its antifreeze so its the heater core, if its clear like water then its just condensation from the evaporator and that is normal

2000 ford windstar headlamps/breaklights

Although I am not there to do a hands on diagnosis, the most I am able to do is diagnosis thru the email, so here goes. I would purchase a new headlight switch.

I have seen them heat up and then short out.
What you want it is the most direct route to your problem and nothing can go pass the headlight switch unless it allows it.
Unfortunately, automotive electrictricy is the most to diagnosis from a distance. Hope this helps.
