You will need to have a coil spring compressor to do this.

Remove the wheel, and coil spring,

Support the lower control arm on a strong jack support

Use a ball joint splitter to separate the ball joint from the steering knuckle

Remove the two nuts from the control arm that goes to the bolts through the frame

Remove the control arm

Reverse this proceedure to reinstall

Are upper control arms interchangeable

controls arms are not interchageable from right to left . but the are interchangeable from other model lines with the same body code as your car . cars like buick regal and olds cutlass of the same year . A lot of your junk yards have interchange books that they can check to see what arms would interchange with you car. but i would suggest checking with your local parts store Napa or bumper to bumper or even autozones as they carry these or can order them for you . if you looking for a high proformace type control arm check with Jegs online

The back end of my Buick regal is very low and I have changed the struts and it is still low

The ride height of a vehicle is controlled by the springs not struts unless a strut mount has given away. the rear suspension on your regal has a transverse spring and i think it is made up of a fiberglass/composite material. you won't be seeing a coil or a old leaf spring on this set up. the spring may just be weak or cracked, it sits left to right (transverse) mounted in center with ends hanging down attached to your trailing arms(like a upside down u)there are links that connect the spring to suspension arms that actually push/pull on the trailing arms that give the spring it's function. (it vaguely resembles a old corvette suspension as supporting the weight) not as technical or engineered as the vettes suspension though.

How do i change the front struts on a1995 buick regal grand sport

Use a spring compressor to clamp the spring down (Be Careful). disconnect strut from lower control arm, and the 3 or 4 bolts under the hood ontop of the strut tower. Remove strut and spring, remove spring from strut (Still Compressed), put spring on new strut (Still Compressed), Install bolts under hood, aka strut tower, reconnect lower control arm, slowly uncompress the spring and make sure it seats properly. Take it an alignment shop to get your front end re-aligned.

When wipers are turned off they park in vertical on my 2002 Buick Regal. It started after I had to clean a bunch of snow off my windshield. Did I bump something with my snow brush?

This is most likely the result of a bent park tab on the wiper motor bracket. To repair this install a new wiper motor crank arm (#12494832) and a wiper motor bracket service kit (#88958149). This is a common problem among many 2002 Buick Regals and Centurys.

How do u install a side mirror on a 1996 buick regal gs 2 door pasenger side

On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and disconnect the wiring for your controls. Then you can access the bolts that secure the mirror onto the door
