Question about 2004 Chevrolet Silverado
The plasic gauge cluster surround piece will snap out by hand, just pull gently toward you, drop your steering column down to it's lowest setting, put your shifter into 1st gear to get it out of the way. Then the cluster will come out after you remove the 4 screws that hold it in, lastly unplug the wiring harness from the back.
