SOURCE: Timing belt light of Toyota LandCruiser 2006

the reset procedure of the timing belt light is all done by pressing the trip meter button and holding it in whilst the ignition is turned to on then select from the trip button then continue pressing until you come to 15 on trip metre, turn off and then restart. The light should then go off.

04 diesel toyota landcruiser, no power when I accelerate. only revs to about 1500rpm. diesel and filters clean.

well it runs,,,,,
low power on a diesel is
1: low compression
2: bad fueling
#2 can take forever to find, if you dont know what engine it is or what fuel system was used.. no country stated, so cant guess
read the wiki on land cruiser and see what you have.
we dont know.

series 80?
series 100,200 ??? what?

one of those last 4? engines?
once there, we try to find out how it works. each varies.
can fix engines with out knowing exactly what it is, and the injection system, used.
cant.

Hi Scott_har892

If it's getting close to a timing belt change and or the water pump is about to fail do them both at the same time with the radiator removed (just makes it so much easier) while your are at it do the timing cover seals as well
