Take it to your nearest auto parts store. Most stores these days do not charge to check your codes so drive on in and get them to check it out. Now sometimes they may not be able to tell you what a specific code is for so you may have to call a dealership or search the net for what the code is for.

Good Luck!

Sure, use an OBD-II Scanner to get the codes, and even erase the codes after you do the repairs.

Since 1996 and on all cars are required to have OBD-II codes available.

Try Autozone or Advance Auto as they will scan the code for free.

I have a 2006 Grand Prix that the reduced engine power light came on in. Its been diagnosed as the accelerator pedal to be replaced. We've replaced it and still has the problem. Any ideas?

the throttle position sensor code, if it has been replaced the codes should have been erased at the time it was done, also make sure it is adjusted correctly.

2006 pontiac grand prix recevied code P0303, changed spark plugs, wires, and fuel injector. Car still shakes and check enigine light is still on. Acceleration is fine.

Spark plugs, wires and injectors, have nothing to do with your problem

PO303 is a misfire on cylinder #3
You may have an individual cylinder coil for that cyl or a coil pack for
several cyl, don't know the engine you have.

You may also have other issues that are causing the shaking
