Question about 2002 Dodge Intrepid

When i give my car gas it sputters and shuts off. If you ease on the gas it doesnt do this. What is wrong?

You may have blockage in your fuel line. Most of the time, the blockage is in front of your fuel filter. Change your fuel filter and see if that fixes it.

have the fuel preasure checked may not have enough preasure, the car will start but will shut down when trying to accel, good luck.

92 grand caravan 3.3 engine shuts down


There is three possible problems. The first one could be the ignition control module which can be tested at a parts house. The second and third are the crank sensor either mounted in the block or in the tranny bell housing on the top, or the cam sensor mounted in the base of the distributor. All three can cause this problem the more common is the ignition control module.
