Question about 2005 Ford F-150
To get to the window switch itself, this is in the switch panel, which pops off.
I stat with removing the silver speaker trim panel ( to give room on the back for the tabs )
Once the speaker grille is removed, release the spring clips on the front ( towards the inside of the cab ).
Just pop the spring clips up, do not lift too high, else the tabs on the back will break.
Once both spring clips are removed, open the switch panel like a door, the tabs at the back will release, so you can slide it out.
These are taken on the passenger side, but the same holds true for the driver's side switch panel, as well as the rear switch panels ( if it is a SuperCab or SuperCrew ).

Look under inside door handle for plugs that will come out, the screws should be under there. when i say plug i mean they look like the door handle and are made of the same material, but they are rounded, sometimes contoured and they will pop out, they are there to conceal screw holes
