Question about 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix
While pump might be a thing to check....There are other places as well, I had this EXACT problem with my 99 grand prix, Radiator wasnt leaking, or anything was showing or leaking water or antifreeze. The PROBLEM? Water was entering into the head chamber. SOLUTION? Replacing the gasket. Even tho the water was leaking into the head chamber or what ever you call that place, I didnt have any smoke coming out the back, like many told me I should see. Mechanics charge around 350.00 to fix, you can do it for less.

You state you checked the top hose, did you check the bottom hose as well? Also, there is the possibility it could be leaking at the water pump.
