Motor may be bad, or fluid depleted. Horn is probably bad, replace the horn or check connections.

Wher is horn locaded on 1995 olds cutless

In the front cowl behind the radiator, on engine side...there are 2 horns, with 2 different sounds...(high pitch-low pitch) You may need to remove the air filter box to have access. There is also a fuse that can fail, or the horn button itself (under the steering wheel airbag) Hope this helps...

Toyota 4runner washer fluid does not come out

Open the hood and listen when some helper operated the "squirters".
You should hear a high-pitch whine that the washer pump makes.
No noise? Bad pump or bad wiring or corrosion at the terminals of the pump.
Noise heard?
Hoses are plugged up.OR the hose fell off the bottle and the bottle is empty.
You can use a small wire from a wire brush to un plug the squirt nozzles on the hood.Use pliers to feed the wire into the nozzles-you may poke your finger(sharp!).
Un plug the hoses that lead to the hood and apply air pressure to the hose from the windshield washer bottle.
Washer fluid is not toxic in small doses.

My horn is only a high pitch. Whats wrong?

Assuming you have high and low horns, the low could have stopped working, or the one horn you have could be about to fail.
The horn uses a magnet to vibrate a plate to make the noise.
You could try a new replacement.

MOST CARS TODAY COME WITH A HIGH PITCH AND LOW PITCH HORN USUALLY MOUNTED RIGHT NEXT TO EACH OTHER , IT SOUNDS LIKE THE LOW PITCH HORN IS BAD . I WOULD GET ONE FROM THE DEALER AS THE "AFTER MARKET" ONES TEND NOT TO SOUND THE SAME
