Repair isn't recommended. The failed section should be replaced because of the high pressure.

2000 Pontiac Montana gas gauge stays on full and doesn't move the only time I've seen it moved was when the front of the van was jacked up what could be the problem?

Probably a bad sending unit in the tank,or maybe a broken tank baffle.(Either way, you're looking at taking out the tank to find out.

My gas light keeps coing on and i have gas in it

Your fuel sending unit is faulty. You will have to drop the fuel tank and either repair or replace it.The sending unit will be inside the fuel tank.

I have a 2000 Pontiac Montana Van and the check engine light has been on for months with no engine problems. Any Solution for getting the light off?

Have a local shop read the codes and have the problem repaired. Just erasing the code will only delay its return.

Gas gauge

Remove the dash and remove the gas gauge pod - look for burnt circuits as this is the easiest part of the equation. Unless you hit something with the gas tank [ if you did - there will be a large dent in the tank] the problem mathematically lies in the gauge/wiring and not the tank/gauge.
