Question about 2002 Dodge Neon
There are no other bolts or fasteners holding this solenoid in place other than the three you removed. The gasket is holding it in place. I would suggest taping around the solenoid with a mallet until you get it loose. You can also use a plastic handle of a tool, like a screw driver, to tap and loosen it from the mounting location.
