Question about 1995 Mitsubishi 3000GT
Just need to to do the belt and need a manual or pictures
Easiest way to do a timing belt for a 3000gt is to loosen the engine mount right by the timing assembly. Jack up that side of the motor to change the belt. You will need a new tensioner as well. I'm not sure if you've done timing belts before but make sure you mark the top dead centers on the belt. On dual overheads on our cars, it is a good idea to make 2 wedges out of wood that wedge into the pair of cam gears to keep them from moving before you remove the old belt. Also when installing the belt I found the paperclips (the ones you use for a large amount of paper usually with a black clip with 2 silver side clips) to be useful to keep the belt on the cams while moving on to the next cam. This keeps the belt in place. It's kinda hard to explain through words but I hope this helped. =)
