You also might want to check the fuel relay, see if it's been burnt out.

If the truck is still having issues, you might wish to look at the TPS (throttle position sensor). If it's sitting at too low of a position (broken spring usually), it could be killing the truck.

Check all of your vacume lines. If it isn't a vacume line it is most likely the O2 sensor.

My 94 ford thunderbird will sputter and die when i first start it, and will do it when idling at stoplights, the check engine light will also randomly come on. I've checked the oil and transmissio

check your mass airflow sensor,( located on the air intake line, probably close to where it hooks onto the front of the car on driver side ,should be a square box with wires plugged into it) take intake hose off and spray filiment wire with brake cleaner to clean,do not touch wire with tools or hands it will break very easily ,let dry and replace hose and see if that helps.

When I come to a stop engine will idle down too low and die. Restarts ok. Isn't throwing any codes. I've replaced the egr valve, air filter, fuel filter, pvc valve and the plugs,

The throttle position sensor [TPS] keeps the engine running when you stop at a light.
it is located under the breather it has a plunger that pushes out against the throttle to keep engine running.

I have a 2001 F150 supercrew with the 5.4 engine. It starts easily but will not run in park. It will die in 2-3 seconds but will restart easily. When I used both feet on the pedels and shifted into...

Sounds like an issue with the IAC ( Idle Air Control ) on the back of the throttle body. Some times the plunger that moves to let air in the back of the throttle body at idle get gummed up, and won't move ( or move far enough ).

You will need to take the plastic throttle body cover off to get to it, it is held on with 2 8mm ( 7 or 9 ? ) size bolts ( actually a sheet metal screw with a hex head ).

When my 2001 had similar symptoms the 1st time I cleaned the IAC with throttle body safe cleaner and a q-tip. I rinsed the IAC with 90% alcohol, let it dry and reinstalled it. The 90% alcohol could be the source of the 2nd time I had an issue ( guess it dried out the rubber seals on the plunger ), so I replaced it ( think it was ~ 70.00 new from a Ford dealer that sells part online ).
Here is a picture of where it is located, bit of a stretch to get it out, but easy enough to do.

This is the plunger on the inside that needs to be clean and operate smoothly

94 grand cherokee limited- engine dies when returning to idle after rev

Vacuum sense or EGR sensors somehow off calibration, low idle, high friction in engine or bearings.... Seriously, do some searching before you offer a symptom with no evidence to narrow a diagnosis; form better questions.
